PT Client Welcome Pack reads the notes a trainer sends about their business and clients. This page says what happens to them.

What we keep, and for how long

Your notes and the finished pack are kept for 30 days after delivery so we can do the free round of changes, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the files; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never publish or describe your business, your rates or your clients anywhere; never contact a client; never share your notes with anyone; never reuse a line of your pack in another trainer's; never sell or share your details; and never claim any right in the words. The pack is yours before and after.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it and nothing follows you to another site.
